Awesome video Lance really enjoyed it mate . Far out that man is fast on those Down hills he was just leaving you for dead. Those trails were very technical you wouldn’t want to come off because you would end up having some serious injury. Because those Rocks don’t have any friends. So looking forward to seeing you next week episode

Hey really enjoying your adventures and almost ready to buy my first Ebike so am gaining as much no how on all brands. Want to know if their is significant motor drag on your KTM when you exceed top speed??

I don't think it is so much about motor drag as suddenly pedaling a long travel, heavy bike with big tires. Going from lots of assistance in turbo to nothing can be quite dramatic. Most of the motors and bikes are the same although some motors like the Fazua that don't have the motor in the bottom bracket can feel different. Personally I like to climb a hill then enjoy coming back down. Having a powerful motor and big battery is my preference and I like the Bosch motor. Best advice is rent a few bikes for a day and see what you like. Most people fall in love with it real quick.

Thanks for your reply I have had a demo on a few and the last being a Mondraker had the Bosch motor and for the first time it was very apparent.. if your into your tech you’ll have to call back in at Wainui in Welly very Much at the limits..!!!!!
