I love that crispy prawn cheong fun too but I have not been to the Jurong one and quite a lot of restaurants serving Cantonese dim sum have this dish.
So many superb dishes, and certainly quite energetic hosts.

Actually white carrot cake has more flavour and fragrance to it. White carrot cake eaters usually judges black carrot cake eaters because the flavour is just sweet sweet sweet.
