Unfortunately some people couldn’t understand how hard it is for mobile players to hold arrest, so they complained and complained over again until asimo and badcc finally gave in and removed it.

Its posible if you use tap arrest i use tap almost a month ago tell today and only arresting i made 17M People normaly get reslly mad when they lost their big bounties so easy lol
