Guys! Speaking to my American brothers and sisters who are struggling in their home country: it’s not because you aren’t working hard enough or making the wrong moves, but rather, your country is failing you. The crime, overcrowdedness, taxation of your hard-earned cash, drugs, gangs, random shootings, the political climate, the need to settle for a home and community that isn’t becoming of you-you deserve more, you deserve better.
Let me show you our winter-town here in Cullera, where the town is all yours. Imagine that! A little chunk of paradise all to yourself. That’s the difference between America and Europe. America is overcrowded, and little chunks of paradise in sought-after places like LA, San Diego, New York, and Coastal Florida are reserved for the ultra-wealthy while the rest of us are left to the overpriced suburbs that are crowded and anything but peaceful.
Everybody wants the American dream, but you and I (Americans) know better; if you aren’t part of the elite, your dream becomes a carrot being dangled in front of a donkey-you chase that carrot for 50 years, retire, then die.
Here in the beautiful paradise of Southern Spain, you have empty beachfront apartments after empty beachfront apartments. The weather is better than NY, no traffic like LA, and way fewer people than San Diego. It’s a no-brainer for any millennial or Gen Z’er receiving most of their funds via trading/investing or from any other type of remote work like market affiliates and the likes.
Furthermore, Spain is the perfect home base for any KZreadr or influencer looking to take their talents into Europe and Africa.

¡Amigos! Hablando con mis hermanos y hermanas estadounidenses que están luchando en su país de origen: no es porque no estén trabajando lo suficiente o estén tomando decisiones equivocadas, sino más bien porque su país los está fallando. El crimen, el hacinamiento, la tributación de su dinero ganado con esfuerzo, las drogas, las pandillas, los tiroteos aleatorios, el clima político, la necesidad de conformarse con un hogar y una comunidad que no les conviene: ustedes merecen más, merecen mejor.
Permítanme mostrarles mi pueblo de invierno aquí en Cullera, donde el pueblo es todo suyo. ¡Imaginen eso! Un pedacito de paraíso solo para ustedes. Esa es la diferencia entre América y Europa. Estados Unidos está superpoblado, y los pequeños pedazos de paraíso en lugares codiciados como LA, San Diego, Nueva York y la costa de Florida están reservados para los ultra ricos porque lugares como esos están tan solicitados.
Todos quieren el sueño americano, pero ustedes y yo (como estadounidenses) sabemos mejor; si no son parte de la élite, su sueño se convierte en una zanahoria que se agita delante de un burro: persiguen esa zanahoria durante 50 años, se jubilan y luego mueren.
Aquí, en el hermoso paraíso del sur de España, tienen apartamentos frente a la playa vacíos después de apartamentos frente a la playa vacíos. El clima es mejor que en NY, no hay tráfico como en LA, y mucha menos gente que en San Diego. Es una obviedad para cualquier milenial o Gen Z que recibe la mayor parte de sus fondos a través de operaciones comerciales/inversiones o de cualquier otro tipo de trabajo remoto como afiliados al mercado y similares.
Además, España es la base de origen perfecta para cualquier KZreadr o influencer que quiera llevar sus talentos a Europa y África.
