That glitch is pretty nuts I haven't seen it on mobile. In most cases dps wants the ultimate if players are unsure there is a helpful "Proxy Handbook" in the main menu with one creator that made build cards for each character including skill priority.

Dont have much Time these days but I lvl all on soldier and Lucy so far

Shame I’ve already maxed out my team. Oh well I have another excuse now to keep playing.
