the coating is something many mice companies should use too, it makes the mouse 100x better

Definitely can agree with that. After testing the EGG mice, then the Vaxee XE, other mice just feel meh in comparison

@@GekkoTechGaming To me XM1R have the best coating of all the mouses I tried. It just feel so good and feeling is so consistent even if your hand is sweaty. Everything on it is top quality. Too bad the shape doesnt fit me. That hump at the back just don't feel right for me.

Nice review dude! Such a great price point. Thinking the Atlantis Mini would suit my hand size better (18.5x9.5) For sure tempted to get this as well considering the value, QC & performance on offer

Mine has a weird crunch on the right click. Super annoying. Might return for the x2v2 and try that out.
Subbed! using a pulsar xlite v2, do you think this will be good as a 2nd mice? my hands are 19x10
@GekkoTechGaming
Жыл бұрын
It’s a completely different shape, so depends if you like symmetrical shapes. The size fits your hand dimensions well though, and the performance of the XM2we switches and sensor are better than the Xlite v2 so it is an upgrade, though it’s 7g heavier than the Xlite. Not a lot but something to consider. And same price. And thank you for the sub! :D
If anything happens to my Pulsar X2, I'm definitely getting this, Love that shape and the price is awesome considering competitors

From a scale from 1-10 what do you rate your Pulsar?
I'm deciding between haste 2 vs. xm2we vs. X2 mini vs. Altantis mini but I don't think I can choose the first two as they are larger mouse than pulsar x2/lamzu minis...Will end game ever entertain a smaller mouse?
@GekkoTechGaming
Жыл бұрын
Yeah, I prefer smaller mice too. The internet hypes up ‘endgame’ way too much, either of these could easily be your main mouse and carry you for however intense competitive gaming you want. Maybe not eSports tournament ready but that’s an incredibly small fraction of peeps.

My lamzu alantis front right side kinda digs into my pinky would this fix this issue or am I better going with the a smaller mice like the lamzu mini my hand size is 18cm x 9.5cm I use like a semi relaxed/aggressive claw
@GekkoTechGaming
Жыл бұрын
Hmm… Do you mean that the click is pinching your finger? It depends on where your pinky is landing. I have 17.5x10.5cm hands and don’t like the size of the Atlantis too much. X2 or X2 mini would be my first recommend, safer shape. Then either Atlantis mini or maybe ninjutso sora. I’m working on an Atlantis mini review and it is excellent. Can’t speak to the sora yet as I haven’t tried it, but it is a touch on the smaller side.

@@GekkoTechGaming more so the top flare out on the right seems to slightly dig into my pinky i might give the x2 a look as i heard the sora has had alot of polling issues

Anyone one have qc issue with xm2we? I want to pick it up to replace my pulsar because of qc
@GekkoTechGaming
Жыл бұрын
Since I rotate mice for reviews I haven’t mained it exclusively, so I can’t say with total confidence how it holds up over time. But EGG is pretty well known for their QC, and with the optical microswitches it’ll most likely hold up very well. Just avoid alcohol or other chemicals for cleaning, the coating doesn’t get along with harsh chemicals

@@GekkoTechGaming thanks because my pulsar start to get double click and scroll wheel ghosting issue after 3 month, gonna change to new brand after rma
Now that this is out and the XM2 is coming out soon, I have to wonder, what and why are brands holding out from making lower grade versions of “pro” mouses? We have football, or you would call “soccer” boots that come is 3 grades, with the first being the best with high tech gimmicks but no qc flaws. Why don’t we have mouses with lower specs that are cheaper to make and aimed for those who just want to play good, but aren’t pro? Keep the shape and all but keep something that would be relevant for at least 2 years but leave the pro models higher spec and higher price for the tryhards but same shape? I think it would sell like pancakes.

Not a terrible idea man. You have to think though from a manufacturing standpoint it’s hard to do. I actually design and build automated processes for factories. Either the factory runs a line for each tier of mouse or they change components on the line and run different mice on different days. Either way this would end up getting really expensive, and as we all know that cost would be passed onto us. Instead of having cheaper mice, you’d probably just end up with a lesser tiered mouse for the price of the current high tiered ones and the nicest ones would be more expensive. It could be done, it would just need to be engineered well.
This comment is only for constructive criticism for your future videos, but please be more cognizant of how often you use words such as "very" and "really" since the frequency of these words throughout your script diminished the emphasis they would have if not said in rapid fire succession. You present solid info, but it gets diluted. I think such a small chance will do wonders for any future videos; good luck with your channel.

For people down the rabbit hole, just go with the GPX. Tried and true. Double the battery life of anything else on the market (equal with DAV3 and Viper v2). Tried and true, Logitech drivers and software are bullet proof too. I messed with the other mice like X2 Pulsar and MOW and they do not hit the same. I got my GPX for $109 I don't think it's worth it to downgrade to anything else at this time. Also, do not get caught up in CLICK latency (optical) switches... switches should be more about their feel. SENSOR latency does matter and there is a noticeable difference in 3370 -> 3395 -> Hero -> Razer ... in that order.
@giff74

You aren't wrong about the QA or overall engineering on the GPX, but it fees like holding a potato LOL. I like something that I can pinch at the "waist" for an aggressive claw grip and it's a challenge with the GPX's safe shape.
@drewmorg.
Жыл бұрын
@@giff74 Man the thin rear of the potato is precisely why it's so good. The round shape allows it to squeeze into the base of your palm and you can easily squeeze from side to side. This mouse is easy to pick up off the desk without any pressure from any particular angle. The contact it makes with your palm is just perfect as soon as skin warms up a bit and the coating "activates" and becomes almost sticky. Amazingly built.
