Was that CBD and what form of cannabis therapy did you do if you don't mind sharing, please? And did you do anything else, such as changing your diet or lotions? Thanks

@@ann-toniI totally think shea butter for its high Vitamin C content mixed with a CBD tincture would be the best for everyday use. To my recollection, Olive oil has the highest content of Vitamin E, but it has a smell to it. Shea butter is next best & feels soooo good rather than something liquidy like straight up food oils.

Have there been any studies of its affect on H.S.? There are hundreds of thousands suffering silently with H.S....it would be great if it was studied! Thank you!
The high part is often a huge contributing Factor of placebo and thought healing.
