I know y’all have heard me say this movement > moves stuff so many times… but I’m gonna keep putting it out there 🤣
Can’t wait till you hit a million bro. Over the past 5 years your videos have help me find my game. Not everyone is a primary ball handler. But having even some go to moves to get your bucket is important or even to make the right pass like a “hockey pass” has helped me understand not everything is a highlight rather teamwork. Thank your coach. For all the workouts and breakdowns. Completely underrated channel love from DC ❤️🫡
This is the best ball handling video on KZread by far! Thanks man!
Man, that was exactly what I'm searching for, I am really thankful for its content
Thank you for everything you do for everybody here who wants to improve as a basketball player. ❤
I got mad respect for you cause you helped me make varsity, best online coach there is fasho
Your training perspective is elite bro! Love it 🤝💯🔥
I will be the best version of myself!
Great job - smart ideas! Keep going, Cole!🙌🏻
Great workout, some of the coordination was very challenging and the high to low fast to slow is definitely one that im gonna keep with me and improve on. the pivoting drills was also very challenging and fun
Great video. My daughter is incredibly stiff. Didn’t make it through all the exercises the 1st time. We did have an amazing workout. More tools to put in the basketball bag!
Best bball trainer imo. You and Dev are top tier
Great video. Did these today. Helluva workout actually!
This was so hard to get thru a lot of frustration for me personally I’m really hoping I can get this stuff down one day

Thank u for your videos my son is getting to love basketball but he gets discouraged because he cant drill that well watching this video i can have him pratice
Excellent content❤
This helped me prepare for a 1v1 as I’m 5,4 and have to finish’s over a 6,5 center
See a lot of stuff I freestyle workout on. Totally see the use in these exercises if I wouldn't have it in my bag already. 4 out of 5 💪
You should buy power handz and do a video with those . Power handz is sick equipment
Happy Easter
Thank you
Coach do you think I’d I have stiff handle and bad body movement and if I do these everyday I will see results overtime? Also do you have any tips to how to open up your hips when dribbling.
How to do you have better ball control. Like how do you not loose the ball. Can you put a video out on that😊
Yessir!!
Great thanks a lot
Question: So would you recommend this rather than then repping out fundamental moves, dozens of times, like stationary cross overs, tweens, behind the backs, etc..?
@kyroyuhyuh
Жыл бұрын
Yes stationary drills only help with the basics. Basketball has alot of moving around and it's better training ball handles while moving.
Hey dude I think it would amazing if u did a breakdown on Caitlin Clark as a female player I would this. Btw love the videos❤
bro i love your content u r the best

Is that possible to get a workout for 3points off the dribble ?
Where has this been all dis tiyme
your smooth fluid negative steps is a full legday workout😭
that 3rd exercise was also done by pistol pete maravich, who used to dribble the ball on the spot with tweens behind the backs crosses and pivot steps for like 5 to 10 minutes a day. love the workout. do you have any tips on how to get into the habit of not stepping with your whole foot? i cant get shiftier because i'm not on my toes and front foot but on the heel as well and it slows me down and makes me look super slow and it feels super slow as well :(

Tbh, if you move somewhat , study luka doncic ; he plays slow and still dominates

take your time dribbling low while moving as fast as you can. Sprinting can help too then add the ball if you're already comfortable. You can also drop your body/legs to an explosive position before moving or dribbling the ball. I believe he's got that vid talking about explosiveness Man. You got this.

man im 6'4 at 16 been 6'0 since 12 i believe nd all my life i played big I'm starting to realize im prolly only gonna grow into bout 6'6 nd if i wanna play at any level of pro im gonna need some serious handles. and I've been having problems moving while dribbling, and MAN this is helping I FEEL GREAT

Bro I feel like 6’6 is one of the worst heights to be for basketball. A little too tall for SG, yet barely tall enough for SF.

@@litwan99 normal PG is craaazy. Maybe there are a few, but pg is the only position that average height people could play, so if they have talent they would put there energy towards working on pg and not something they can’t play.

@@litwan99 you have a point, but a 6 foot person has the ability to be a lot better at some things than a 6’6” person and vice versa.

Very interesting!! Can I have 2 questions: 1) I presume this is also a great drill to strenghten your ACL, since during several moves you are lunging? 2) I also notice that I think everybody has his left foot as a pivot foot. Is this on purpose since the most natural way for a right handed player is to have his left foor as a pivot. Or is this coincidence?

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). And the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), and the punishment of sin is eternal damnation. But Jesus, the Son of God dwelt among us in the flesh, live a perfect life, and died for our sins in the cross so that the fine and penalty of our sins will be paid, so that He may give us eternal life and save us. All we just need to do is to put our faith in Jesus and what He did for us not in our good works or ourselves and to just repent from our sins (turning from every sins) and will actively follow Jesus every day. He wants a relationship with you.
Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand 🙏
