My favorite is the eucerin aha absolutely no scent at all :)) It's too bad the amlactin has that scent it's a great product-- the scent does fade away which is good! Love you xoxo

Thanks for this Anne-Marie. I am 55 and am attempting to apply more vigorous skin care to my legs as the skin are around my knees is looking saggy these days (yikes!). I like to wear dresses so this not boding well with me. I don't know if anyone else does this, but I've started derma-rolling around my knees (1.0 mm) once a week to coach the collagen to come out to play. I am also trying dry brushing. I am having a hard time finding body products in Canada with good anti-aging ingredients. Presently, I am using Cerave moisturizing cream with ceramides and hyaluronic acid but would love too add retinol into the mix. That Naturewell product looks like the ticket. My Vitamin C serum (usually for my face) has started to turn brown and I want to use it up before it goes bad so I am also generously applying the serum to the skin above my knees. I took some before pictures last week and am hoping for results (even the tiniest improvement) by the new year. Fingers crossed! :)

Sounds like you are doing some great things! I do know both dermarolling and dry brushing are great for firming the skin. That retinol cream is wonderful and it would be great to apply after rolling and/or dry brushing. I bet you do get a lot of improvement by the new year! I'd love an update! Lots of love xoxo

My husband is nice enough to put Amalactin on my back every night (on the advice of my dermatologist. Not very sexy, but my BACK would look WAY less sexy otherwise). And while I appreciate MANY things about this video, what I most appreciate is your description of the smell. I knew I had smelled that smell before and couldn't identify it. It's been driving me crazy! Not just home kits but whole salons used to reek of permanent wave solution (I'm a lot older than you are). Thank you!!!

Your video totally helped me understand why my skin looks so bad. I have had lactic acid for a year but never knew what to do with it. I am going to grab some of that lotion too my arms and legs really need it. I love your hair it is at the perfect length right now. I am going to get mine cut off to about the length. I tried one of their vitamin c creams but found it watery when I applied it to the skin so didn't like the consistency and stopped using it. Other than that one I have not tried any others than the retinol but they do have some others. I may have to run by Sams club and see what is in stock for that company. Lots of love xoxo

Hi Dear Anne! I'm really loving that specific Eucerin cream. As an experiment, I've used the Eucerin on my hands and halfway up my forearms. I use it both sides of my arms. It has definitely reduced the crepey skin on that area. Above it, the skin is very dry and crepey" Now I don't think the Retinol is working for me. It seems to totally dry out my skin even more. I've been using the retinol cream since You recommended it quite awhile ago. The biggest area I've noticed a difference on is my chest and neck, followed by the backs of my hands.. I am on my 3rd tub!! You always have such wonderful suggestions. I've been using an alpha hydroxy cream on my legs which has helped the creepy skin especially since I've lost weight.. they've both helped a great deal!!! Xo. Sue

I usually use it shoulders down and then my face specific products neck up but it has made a big difference in my hands as well and need to see if it will on my neck too. Lots of love to you xoxo

Beauty By Anne-Marie - I use it every night on my chest and would get it on the bottom of my neck by accident really. Well, one day I noticed an improvement in the creepiness at the base of my neck so I began putting it all the way up! I do the same as you - put face products on my neck as well. I do the retinol cream right before bed. Between the AHA lotion and the retinol cream my neck and chest are markedly improved - and I mean a LOT!! The skin there is honestly at least 90% tighter!!! I can't thank you enough for sharing the retinol cream.. It's made a huge difference everywhere I use it.. 💞

what is the retinol cream you use?

As I am putting on the RETINOL body lotion I purchased from Sams Club she starts talking about it. It has helped the crepey skin on my legs.

I am trying to catch up Anne. I love your to the point videos. I am sure these creams are good. I trust your advice. I bought a collagen elastin moisturizer by St. Ives, which does feel great on your body, though it's suppose to be a face product. I've always been a workout person, combining weights, & any exercise for tone works wonders. Thanks for sharing.

Great video going to try these! Do you know how these AHA and retinol products would effect spray tan? I do spray tans and get one myself once in awhile and need to know if it may shorten the life of the tan...?

It might shorten the length of a spray tan slightly. I occasionally use a self tanner and haven't really noticed it is effected much at all with these. Mine still fade away nicely (not patchy) and last about 4 or 5 days (mine are just at home ones). xoxo

The alpha hydroxyl part is good however, if you aren't able to read the other ingredients for example chemicals are always long word not easily pronounced or anything that has preservatives like paraben it would be wise to avoid. All those chemicals are carcinogenic, there are plenty great products that are made of all natural ingredients that work wonderfully. Just because something makes skin soft doesn't mean it is healthy for you.

Hi Anne-Marie do you know if there is a product that will help with crepey eyelids? Crepey eyelids make it so much harder to apply eyeshadow. Also that amalactin is available at Costco and I don't think it has a fragrance added to it. Thanks for all your helpful videos! I started derma rolling because of you and I really think it makes a difference!

I like the revision DEJ eye cream for the upper lids (it is pricey but lasts for a long time and I actually see improvement with it-- not huge but still some improvement). Lots of love to you xoox

I tried the Perricone product and I do not normally have sinsitive skin but this set my face on fire!! NONE of the Perricone products do what they say they do and are one of the MOST expensive products out there! Don't waste your money, ladies!!

Thank you! Retinol is good for the neck area but it probably needs to be a gentle one like the retinol lotion I show in this video so it's not irritating. The cerave skin renewing cream serum with retinol is another gentle one to use on the neck ;) Lots of love to you xoxo

Appreciate the tips. Just wish to share that the NATUREWELL Retinol DOES HAVE PERFUME if anyone is allergic to fragrances. I am sensitive to perfumes and it was mentioned that there was no scent detected, yet if you are sensitive there are perfumes.

Hi! I would say my favorite eye creams are either the DDF advanced firming eye cream or the Revision DEJ eye cream. I don't have much under eye crepiness but more lines so I'm not sure how they would act with crepiness but they are firming and do more than most eye creams I've ever tried ;) Lots of love xoxo

Anne-Marie, I've started using the Nivea serum you recommend for under eyes. Do you think it'll help with under eye crepey-ness as well as with bags?

To reduce the smell in Amlactin, add a few drops of an organic oil such as lavender or other scented pure oil. The results of Amlactin are worth using it ( lowest price is at Costco)! I’ve been using it for over 10 years. Be sure and use sun screen of at least 30 or above if you are out in the sun. I use at least a SPF 65 or above when out in the sun for over 30 minutes. When doing long walks or , I increase the SPF to 80 or 110, being sure to reapply during the day.

You like a few body lotions, like the Palmers bronzing, the Nivea firming, this one etc. Do you layer them, alternate days? How do you use several different body lotions?

I use 1 of the ones I showed in this video at night (alternate them throughout the week only because I have all 3 but having 1 works perfectly fine). In the morning I use a firming lotion (nivea body lotion or hempz age defying) and about once a week (mainly in the summer) I will use the bronzing gradual tanner at night time and then I skip my retinol or aha night lotion. My skin is starting to look a little crepey in areas, particularly my thighs. YUCK! I need to get my Eucerin out. I might actually need to get a new one since mine's so old. I have a sample of the Amlactin. Need to find it... Have a great weekend! Stacie xo

I buy the Amlactin lotion when it's on sale at Costco. The large size lasts a long time & the results are terrific. You do need to be mindful about sunscreen as Anne suggests.
