Like her explaining how she handled it was awesome because most people in that mindset would've been like "what do you mean what's wrong, like I lost 2 whole ass sisters AND went through physically pain like what!!!" I really love Peniel's mindset in this, not gonna lie. Like, when he was talking about how Cube leadership was like, "You gotta change your mindset, you gotta feel like you're gonna die if you don't debut" and Peniel's like, "I mean, I don't feel like that" tbh, after going to art school, I felt like "Oh, if I don't land my dream job right out of college, i'm going to die" so I worked really hard to the point of exhaustion for my degree...only to realize that it wasn't worth it. I kinda wish I would've enjoyed my college years a bit more instead of be constantly stressed with school/internship/work/projects constantly. I'm a little bit jealous ^^ If anyone's reading this, please have Peniel's mindset uwu

@@Moviemusiclover198 It's wild to me, because now I work at a job within my field and I realized, "I nearly was sent to the hospital....for this?" and it's a really good job, not gonna lie. But my friends that enjoyed college were able to get the same job--without health complication. And then for me, I realized it's not where I want to be in life. It's also funny because people in my job, when we worked in the office (now remotely, because you know, pandemic) we all used to sit in a circle in a cubicle and just talk to each other of our design school trauma. LOL. Don't listen to professors that tell you that they're looking for the best of the best. Becuase you're going to be trained in your job anyways, even after a degree!! Also, deadlines can be pushed back most of the time in the real world?? I hope you stay safe too!!

The saddest thing about the industry they're in is that anxiety attacks and pressure easily comes with the job, and there have only been so much celebrities coming out with the news and taking a hiatus, we have only seen what idols showcase on the screen that we as fans, are ignorant that these things happen behind the scenes. Thank you so much for talking about this topic and honestly, we need more discussion by both fans and idols themselves about this issue. ALSO GUYS KARD CAME OUT WITH GUNSHOT SO PLEASE SUPPORT OUR BIG SUNSHINE

I honestly enjoy watching these podcast. When I work throughout the day and I get in certain mood, I’ll watch a podcast. It’s so insightful and the topics are real. They’re topics that I truly enjoy and everyone is so honest and fun. When I see people being themselves, laughing and vibing, my mood gets 100 times better. You can tell when people do things because they enjoy verses just doing it because you have to. Anyways~ back to the topic. I think people feel pressure by their environment. People have developed a single view of what success is. To some people, success it: having a car, spouse, and house by 25. Not just that, parental expectations is a HUGE piece in pressure. They want you to do what they couldn’t but sometimes that expectation gets to you and you never learn that it’s okay to fail. It’s okay. One thing about life is that you can fail and try again. Lastly, pressure to appease the world. When you do something to please others, you lose your way. You lose your confidence and positivity and the pressure gets heavier and heavier. Everything you do, do it for YOU. Wanna lose weight? Do it for you! Want to become a photographer? Do it for you! If you want to rap or sing? Do it for yourself.

I related to this episode a lot. Paniel's mindset was very comforting during such trying times. The whole comparing to your siblings thing has happened to me too. At first it was everyone else who was compared to me but when I realized that I didn't win what I most desired out of that I kinda stopped being so "perfect". And then I ended up being compared to my big sister a lot, even during the "perfect" faze. I tried so hard to be better and to be my own individual but no matter how hard I tried I felt like I would never get there so I just tried to do it the way I wanted to but it seems like my parents still had a problem with that. However it's all good now. For me at least. This whole episode was needed and it was great. Very great so thank you guys!😊 Catch me relisten to this from time to time.

I love you guys so much. Thank you so much for talking about all these "real" things. Thank you for sharing your stories of anxiety . It is true that noone ever talks about it and half of the times we don even realize we're having anxiety attacks. My therapist taught me to say Calm while exhaling deeply and to practice it every day 10 times. Or any other calming excercise so when you do have an attack your brain is prepared with a way to calm yourself. You can also list 3-4 things that happen which lead upto the attack, like your thoughts start spiralling or your eyes can't focus , so when it happens you can recognise it before spiralling. Hope this helps someone going through a tough time. Sending you all a huge hug and lots of love❤️

Just recently found these podcasts and I really like them, esp this episode cuz am having a hard time mentally dealing with COVID, political issues back home and just life in general but this episode made me feel a lot better because hearing that idols and ppl around my age also struggle with these things and that other people are also struggling mentally with this COVID thing just shows that we are all human and it's ok to not be ok sometimes.
