22:50, that statement blew my mind. "We shouldn't be teaching them the same thing. We should be asking them what they want, individually..." What an educational concept. What a wonderful world that would be.

you still need at first a base there they can start understanding what they want.

@@mmilerngruppe I don't think you're giving enough credit to general observation as being the base. You'd be surprised what humans can do just by observing...let alone animals.

Sam's on top of it. He engages such a wide *audience* with a clear *vision* : tecnology is culture and culture must be *free*

I just discovered Sonic Pi today and I can safely say that I'm obsessed. This is so great for so many reasons. Truly revolutionary in the age of information. Love it.

Very impressive Sam. My eldest daughter mentioned SonicPi to me over breakfast when I was talking about coding with my kids. I’ve been trying to get them into coding games. I love this angle. It had my daughter engaged and now me too. Wonderful project Sam

How was your kid now?

I'm hosting a Sonic pi workshop next week and came here for some inspiration. I could listen to Sam Aaron for hours. Youve got so much passion going on, man. Awesome.

The tool is awesome and the philosophy behind the talk is even more awesome.

One of the greatest tools for electronic music right now. If multi-channel recording per live_loop in a daw was possible, this would be the shit.

I love this guy

As a recently retired teacher this talk makes me wish I was still in the classroom using Sonic Pi. Inspirational!

I was already impressed with Sonic Pi but after watching Sam give talks and especially this one hearing his thoughts about education and programming it really resonated with me and i joined his sonic Pi Patreon. this is the first time i ever join Patreon but i believe this is for a very good cause...
