I wont lie. Its a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The Iron and glasswork is masterfully done and the furnishings give the home that warm and homely feeling. Top job on the presentation, you really highlight the Homes finer points. But, if I may be honest? I'm not sure its worth 7.5 million. 5 Million sounds a it more reasonable given what I saw. Either way, it doesn't really matter what I think on the pricing, the question is will someone buy it for that asking price. And if what I've been hearing about Nashiville is any indication, then the likelihood is yes. I've heard great things about the economy and Real Estate in the area that is prime for growth. So I wish you and friends a ton of business in the years to come.

I love the feedback! The location of the home is so key in this pricing. The neighborhood is located in what I like to call the "trifecta" of locations...equidistant to Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin (all very desirable locations convenient to schools, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks, etc). Acreage in this location is VERY hard to come by. Love the dialogue and thank you so much for watching!

I see it is listed with 4BR, but with the Master, Office, 3BR on left side of house, and another BR + bonus space on right side of the house, doesn't this equal 5BR/6BR + possible bonus bedroom if desired by homeowner?

Love the question! The primary bedroom is down … Upstairs, there is a flex room with a half bath and 2 bedrooms both with ensuite baths on one side of the catwalk… On the other side of the catwalk is a gorgeous second-floor, primary suite with ensuite bath, and a larger bonus room. So 3 bedrooms + 2 bonus/flex rooms up. Both flex spaces could be used as a bedroom with the addition of a closet. Thanks for watching 😍

The kitchen cabinets are too low. They need to be highe so the counter tops are higher.

Haha I wonder if that’s an optical illusion (I’m 6 feet tall + wearing heels so probably 6’3” here). The counters are the standard 36” high.

Lovely home. only problem; location. It's in Tennessee. Horrible place to live if you're a minority and have an opinion.
