Your peppers are gorgeous! I may skip strawberries next year and try something else in that house. Something a little less labor intensive. Hope you’re enjoying the cooler temperatures as much as we are! Take care my friends! Chuck

Yeah the strawberries are a bit of a chore. We are planting even more pepper plants. So easy to take care of and the customers love them. We think they will be big sellers in the winter.
I remember you mentioning the importance of rapid rooters a while ago for propagating expensive seeds with more certainty, that advice was golden ❤
Interesting shot of your wet wall. I had to install one in one of our greenhouses this summer. We collect rainwater off the greenhouse to feed the wet wall. I am adding a timer into the system to run one exhaust fan for 60 minutes. This will be to dry off the wet wall, when the pump shuts down in the evening. Great looking berry plants. Thank you for sharing.
This looks so beautiful
Wow, quite a job you've got after the flood. But the crops are all looking good.

Thank you for sharing your tough experience. I noticed sooooo many mosquitoes as well after our recent storm. It's really challenging to work on my hydroponics with so many mosquitoes. Pls share if you find any thing to combat them. I've used hydrogen peroxide and hypochlorous Acid but it doesn't seem to work on the mosquitoes larva.

Our only way to get away from them is working in the insect exclusion. We are hoping for a cold spell to knock them back but your right. This year they are really bad
Have you ever tried to hang sunscreen over the face of the wet wall? Keep algae down and might help in cooling it.

Hmmm never tried that. It would have to be something that would still allow the air to go through. Will look into that. Nice suggestion... thanks
What variety are those strawberries? Those plants are huge. I cant remember what you planted them in. Is that coco and perlite?
