In Myanmar it’s called TingYan. For Thailand, it’s called Songkran. In details, they are slightly different in stories and beliefs even tho they both have things to do with water. So you can say it’s Myanmar traditional festival if refer to TingYan. But surely it’s Thai traditional festival when it comes to Songkran festival.
