I can't wait to try this time off social media. I'm trying to perfect different techniques and you made this so simple
Wow!! Amazing!
Girl girl girl... if I don't gain weight just from learning from you... holy moly. These look absolutely amazing. I have been seeing your stuff everywhere online and have been dying to try to make it and today while on KZread, this video just basically fell in my lap...so I'm taking it as a sign or that I need to eat a donut😂😂. And I love your glass table and how you just use it for the inks, now I definitely have an incentive to clean up my table. Awesome video and if I make this, I hope it looks decent enough to share with you sometime.

I love this idea. For Christmas 2023 I would like to make personal 3D tumblers for gifts starting now to get done in time. What clay is this are you using. I would love to know if possible for my future project. I’m a retired clown/balloon twister/face painter I thought for that group of friends I could make a fun themed mug for them. I appreciate the help in advance Such a talent. Thanks for sharing ❤
This came out sooo adorable.. I love to join your group

aww, thank you so much. I can't wait to see yours!
First off, I saw someone elses art on tik tok and I was like how did they make the donut shape and the pancakes and the icecream scoops. When honeslty all I have to do is go to youtube and figure it out. Thank you for showing me how to make this. I’m sure if u wanted to add resin for a top layer you could if you wanted to. I bet some people do. Thanks for the inspiration! Now I want to make it now.

Hey! Glad you found me. The donuts are on a tumbler. 2 layers of fda compliant epoxy is added. I’ll going live in my Facebook group on Saturday to show the process. Feel free to join. It’s free. And you’re most welcome! ❤️❤️
Will this work on glass as well??
I had to fight getting the alcohol inks to blend, probably because my dollar tree foams brushes were too thin. Some foam brushes are more solid at the tips but I notice you use more of a pounce foam brush, that's not what they're really named but my daughter says it looks like big fat bread doughnuts so I made it work. Looking at your video again, I missed the masking tape. 😆 Thanks for sharing.
Omg I do fake bakes all the time but now I want to try this.. ty so much.. 1 ❓ do you resin over the tumbler after your done..

Yes, after you’re done, epoxy the entire cup twice.
Hey! Thank you so much for showing us your talents. Quick question. If the clay that you use is no longer in stock. What substitute would you recommend?

@@Jaethagreatest ok no worries! I wanted to make sure I answered you. ❤️
Do u think I could use air dry clay over top of baked clay?? I baked my donuts but they aren’t really chubby enough and I wanted to make them a little thicker and I have a ton of air dry.

Yes, that will work
How did you get it all shiny I didn’t see that step
@thesculptistryclub

Apply a fda compliant epoxy.
So first off this is amazing! Secondly I’m curious as to why you use foil instead of clay? Is that to make the tumbler not so heavy?
@thesculptistryclub
Жыл бұрын
Thanks Brittney! and yes, exactly. This way, it's a lightweight tumbler. Some who have made it with only clay have said it's over 4lbs. This way it's under 1lb.

Hi! Thanks for your question. No. After you deal with resin, it’s permanent.
Can this be washed or is it for show please?

After you seal it, it’s washable. Hand wash only.
