Unfortunately for Kenya i understand you need to travel to south Africa to access their embassy services

there is no embassy or consulate of Lithuania in Accra

Brother can I apply with my niggeria passport without south Africa permit in my passport for this visa

Where is their embassy in Nigeria

They don't have an embassy in Nigeria, you have to go to south Africa to process your Visa but its a cool country and those on study visa can work 40 hrs.

No, you have to go to S.A for biometrics, then go back again to collect the visa and permit or something. I know this because I know someone currently in this process. He just literally came back from S.A yesterday.

There is an Embassy in Nigeria that stands for them. Please call VFS in Lagos to inquire. I am stating by experience. You do not have to go to South Africa. Laiye!!!
