I chose Sweden because I was used to Sweden and my son had adapted so well to the educational system during my master's studies. Aside from that Sweden is a beautiful place and they give particular attention to women and children. So my husband and I felt it will be a nice place to raise our kids.

There are many brilliant people applying to same job so it will be a tight competition. I advice you focus on being a good fit for the position. That is more most important . Nothing is easy out here. And the selection process is quiet rigorous.
