I completely get you ... I’m worried I’ll miss the feeling of being hurt almost, or part of me thinks what if he comes back and I’m not interested ... but it doesn’t matter anymore. We are putting ourselves first, self investment and self healing.

Real shit man, Its a feeling of dread and excitement that you can rarely find someone that understands and rarer to find people that take what you feel seriously since you never dated the person, I love seeing this person cause everything in their being brings me ecstacy and joy I havent felt since high school bit misery at the same time now cause I work with them and they are now back with their ex so I'm not even an option to her now, just another person in her life she will soon forget in the future while its the opposite for me

I love the feeling just looking at my crush makes me feel incredible the crush is so strong it makes me feel happy when I’m around her but I need too face reality she’s in love with someone else it’s over an I have not accepted it yet I must accept it an let go

Same. And I def have a different feelings toward my crush today. I don’t even know what I listened to but I do know that I had a much less difficult time with “no contact” today.

I've never acted on my feelings before. I'd leave crushes as crushes cuz i thought it just wouldn't work out. But this time, the attraction is stronger. It's harder for me to deny and it's harder for me to pretend to be not bothered. But to be honest, I'm very bothered. I feel jealous when I witness him interacting with someone else. I find myself going over the words to say that I think he'll want to hear or at least something he'll respond well too. The worst part is that I feel more self-conscious. I keep thinking that I shouldn't entertain this feeling. If he knew how flawed I really was, he wouldn't like me. It'd just hurt me in the end. If he never gets to know me then at least I'll remain a pleasant friend and he won't have to witness the ugly sides of me. It's painful. I don't like myself already but having this crush makes me feel even worse about myself. I'm tired of it. Tired of self loathing. Tired of overthinking. I really hope this helps.

The person I like already has a crush interest... And it pisses me off seeing them together. Because they look perfect together... (She's everything I'm not) and I hate this feeling so I'm watching this before bed

There is a girl I work with. I have a huge crush on her and I knew she was interested in me as well... I blew my chance. Russ yeah I’ve been falling asleep to it for a couple days now. (This and a couple other videos from this channel) and it’s helped a lot. I also recommend it to a friend and it’s worked for him as well
