In short: -ADADAD -Don't look at the floor -no firefights in the open -no standing still exposed to 5 angles -for the love of god don't hug the corner you're peeking Good tutorial, very clear on the basics. More people should see this, especially the ones that don't come from cs.

Hugging walls aren't always a bad idea; it allows for you to expose yourself to multiple angles faster giving you more flexibility when peeking. Basically since the area you need to move is incredibly small, pie peeking a room and exposing yourself/clearing 5+ angles/20 degrees will take maybe a second. If you're far away from the wall/door however, you need to travel a greater distance which will slow down your peek at the cost of a smaller target. Peeking from further away will also allow you to clear the room slower and taking on 1 guy at a time, maybe clearing 20 degrees every 1 second rather than 40/60/80 degrees every one second. Basically, the further away you are from the wall, the slower your peek and the more precise your peeking. The closer you are, the faster the peek though at the cost of a larger target.

Other fancy channels just say basics like "talk with your team" or "cross placement", but here I have found the real useful technics that will help me in my games. Thank you for the tutorial for a newbie like me! Used to play overwatch and thought a lot of the skills would transfer over but it's a very different play style to that! The peeking guide helped me get more kills in my deathmatch games and hope I continue improving from there!
This was really helpful, after watching this I could feel an instant improvement to my aim.
you guys actually nailed it
Love this and the aim guide. Thank you very much for uploading such content, they are thorough, in depth and easy to understand. The 20+ mins video are ok length for the generous amt of content. Subbed and thumbs up!
Awesome Valorant Guide channel! We beginners start going pro with these kind of guides keep up the good work!
thanks for clearing my doubts on peeking. I used to counter strafe really really bad. I fixed it thanks to u. :)
Great guide bro.. very very complete and detailed guide. I'm sure a LOT of players will finally learn that you need to incorporate/use/abuse these technqs to be competitive.
This guide was INSANELY helpful, I used to feel useless to my friend group. I was bottom dragging and was just not helping but the encouraged me and kept routing me on. After learning things practicing my aim. And learning how to peek from this guide I improved and my friends noticed it. I was winning clutches like 1v3's and 1v2's. And I am so grateful for finding this. I have recommended this to my friends. Thank you!

thank you it helped alot I put alot of hours on practice mode to improve aiming yet still I died but after watching this I became better thank you
This channel is really different than other tips and tricks channels because of how advanced yet detailed it is. Keep it up.
This video was surprisingly good, a lot of tutorials on youtube generalize too much. I'll see stuff like "crouching increases accuracy, ALWAYS CROUCH for aim duels" and it's just not good advice, especially in lower ranks where people are going for more body shots. This video helped me understand jiggle peeking and strafe shooting more which I was struggling with before so thanks!
Gotta say, Skillcapped has been such a huge help in my playing since I started playing a couple months ago

Could you make a video about mistakes in macroplays for beginners? I see a lot of frontline characters picking up the spike and getting killed deep in enemy side and sometimes our group on attack splits up and i'm just not sure on what the better strategies usually are. Same goes for defense when sometimes the whole team concentrates defending a single point, should you split and try to scout the other point down or what?
This is a good guide vid
Helpful guide! switching from overwatch and pubg, so the whole" can't move and shoot while controlling spread" mechanic has been next to impossible for me to forget lol... thousands of hours will do that to you XD
Jiggle peeking and strafe shooting are by far the two biggest game changers in my opinion.
The first peakers advantage clip was honestly more of a angle advantage. The omen had a much wider angle on the corner, the brim was touched up against the corner. The omen will always have an advantage there. He can see almost all of brim while brim can only see head and shoulder
You have that top ten guys voice where you put inflections on words in random places. It's hilarious.
Helped me alot
great vid
Excellent advice. My only minor complaint is the speaker is talking a little too slow but that might just be me. But doesn’t take away anything from the great video. Keep up the great work y’all!
