Yes targeting English audiences based in the US will get the highest RPM so that doesn’t surprise me, in relation to your second point, TikTok have never confirmed this but it is a widespread rumour that TikTok throttle your views are joining the program

Nope the 100,000 views can come from any type of video and even slideshow and yes you’re right after joining only 1 min + videos get paid in the creativity program

Yes only videos that are one minute or longer get monetised in the cpb, making content one minute or longer is super easy if you do narration/ storytelling videos
