I listened to her videos last summer first thing in the morning watching the sun come up over the Lake where I live after discovering her, but had sort of forgotten about her. Fast forward to today. I have some pretty intense medical challenges that have arisen at the same time as a major career challenge. I always strive to be on my highest vibration but the last week has been brutal and I am struggling. I needed something to pop me out of that downward spiral where I was headed. I am committed to listening now every morning to raise my vibration again and get back on my track. Thank you, Jessica ❤❤❤
