Two Salt Lake County homeowners hired and paid someone to build decks for their homes but say he left the jobs unfinished.
Turns out, he’s been cited by the state for not having a contractor’s license before.

This guy should absolutely be arrested for theft by deception. Especially when he's stealing thousands of dollars.
Utah has never protected consumer's burned by licensed contractor's either 😡
Developers own the Utah Legislators so they will not pass any consumer protection laws.

Hey you know I'm a businessman I run a tree service and I don't even want to hear about this stuff because I have customers hire me and then not pay me and I've tried to call the police I've tried to call people and nobody will help me they tell me it's a civil matter so there's nothing wrong here in my eyes I I don't see a problem with charging people and not doing the work or people having the work done and not paying that's the way it seems to go in this society I just pray every time I do a job that the people are decent enough to pay the because if they don't want to pay they don't have to pay and I never take any money until my jobs are completed to customer satisfaction and everybody should be that way I don't care what kind of job you're doing or having done you should not pay any money up front ever

Are you using an Adblocker? I heard YT is deliberating degrading performance if it senses it. I'm not telling you to not use it. Just what I've heard. The other thing is that your video processor (GPU) might be hiccuping and may benefit from a computer reset.
