You don't have to hold RT/R2 you can just flick down on the right stick and shoot, also spot up method is very efficient if you plan to be a corner sitter, and didn't upgrade ball handle like me

if you ever need a jump shot the best jump shot in my opinion is base: LaMelo ball, release 1:dalano banton, and release 2: Kobe Bryant. The mixing will be 14 percent dalano baton and 86 percent Kobe Bryant.

Ive been thinkin bout doing HOF for shooting is it worth it? do u have a hard time tho? I used HOF for playmaking got my badges now I need shooting but I dnt wanna waste my time n brick most the time n get barely any extra points for shooting than I would if i did all star or rookie

TIER 1,2, & and 3 all have certain Requirements to upgrade your badges from bronze to Hall of Fame, then being able to Equip them as one of your Core Badges, is important to pay Attention to how u put up your attributes

does for me just to clarify, that little RT/R2 flick down on the RS is not a stepback and never has been. Hop jumpers are the actually stepbacks where u actually *hold* down on the RS

Stand on the wing, hold LB or L1, whatever consider your on, run around the screen towards the hoop and double tap triangle or Y. It’s gonna be an easy alley oop everytime. Alleys oops finishes give you the most finishing badge points

In your jumpshot video you recommend turning the meter off. After playing a couple of rec games with it off I would miss slightly early and Lates. I’d watch people with it on and green slightly early s and even bounce backs.

Shit doesn’t work anymore. They guard up and it makes the shot meter much harder to time. I usually finish games w 70% 3pt and did this for an entire game and went like 30-70 3s

Go to the wing and ask for a pic then just walk left or right and the cpu should go under and then shoot

It still works it only ever says bad shot if you shoot to deep or terribly time it and if they cover you step up and then step back and your wide

I've been experiencing so much server/latency lag I'm like so disappointed. First ps5 online game and wasn't expecting this at all... any ideas? I have wired internet 250mbps download 60 upload which is plenty I'm sure. And also tried to reset my controller latency with the button at the back, changed to USB communication, and changed DNS settings. I have a 240hz monitor but I know it doesn't do anything since 2k is capped at 60 hz but I'm just so lost. Is this a ps5 my spec problem? Or 2k problem.

You don't have to step back just do whatever As long As you are hitting your shots you will get badge points

trying to do a step back with stick drift is a PAIN

You can turn your shot metre on or off he has it off because if you know your jumpshot and take off the jumpshot metre you will get a boost

It’s weird but if you get excellent releases it will always go in on pro, my advice is to watch the hands and just before the flick of the wrist, release.

depends on how many badges u got on your build. I struggled at the beginning with this method but once I got 80 3point on my 6´6 and a good jumpshot I get 75+ % from 3 every game on one difficulty above pro. I get around 10k badge points every 5 minute quarter game. So basically thats nearly 3 badges in an hour. I´d say 9-10 badges in around 4 hours is fair if you grind. I didn´t have good shooting at the beginning so I´m at 10 shooting badges in 7 hours atm.
