By experience, when I started using only gold ammo and prem consumables I improved almost a 70% my WN8 (from 1200 to almost 2100), so the more you pay, the more you get. Now I don't need to spend time aiming and I can concentrate more on positioning and evading hits.

@fake_ruskov I'm 7500 personal rate, what I do is playing premium tanks with premium account and credit boosters and buy consumables when they are on discount, that way, you can compensate the expenses of firing full gold with tech tree tanks.

Good video buddy, earned a sub. Map awareness is everything in this game, along with seeing where your vehicle is best suited for the battle, yes you will make loads of mistakes but that is how you get much better at the game. It is a process of trying different things and having the tenacity of not giving up, even when every game seems crap. Forget stats, forget MOE, concentrate on what is the best decision you can make on the battlefield to keep your gun firing. Just my thoughts......

Good video, but it would be better to specify these things. Regress saying "Good positioning is superb" and rather say "This is how to improve positioning" whilst giving more examples. We know good positioning is amazing but the problem is that we don't know how. Gameplay is amazing, but there are plenty examples of good positioning and anticipation that dont apply to the games you showed us. This helps with the designated maps though!

Thanks Epsilon. I'm a new player and I found your video very helpful. It reinforces the notion I had that common sense and good tactics are, or should be, more important than "gamer skills". I've certainly made plenty of mistakes so far (as a few more experienced folks have reminded me - rather unkindly at times, but I also came across one player who, like yourself, offered guidance rather than criticism which is great) . Anyway I'll follow your advice and report back on my progress 🙂

I just started recently playing WoT since 2 of my friends have told me to try it, no hesitation with 2 months in I am tier 4 and it seems that the game really starts to show its core requirements. After I listened to your explanation in background It really helped me understood where my position was a player and I will try my best to fulfill my goal of reaching tier X.

Your video was very spot on for where I'm currently at and using this video has helped me a ton in only a 20-30 battles and I started seeing results instantly. I made mistakes yes but I also started to see an increase in my performance and little by little I started doing better and better. This is great stuff, thank you very much for you video! :)

Really find these videos informative on what to do in situations, would be super helpful to have more videos on spots on maps and where to move etc. What tanks do well in certain spots etc. Thanks for making though really enjoyed it!

Great video as always. This is where map knowledge is so important. However, 0/1/2/3 - 15 games really don't help us newer players learn very much. Neither do comments like "get good/f*****g noobs" etc., etc. Thankfully, there are also some good players that are more tolerant of new players and try to help

Other things that helped are only loading premium ammo and the enemy team making a few mistakes, which speaks to the consistency point. If you can reduce your mistakes it give more opportunity to take advantage of the enemy when they make theirs.

Great Video ! Always good to here tips, make you reassess your own thoughts on how you play/make decisions... Some more good learning stuff if your ever board and find the time, would be to do some general stuff on map positions, Not many or any other commentator is covering that ya how many time I've seen the only light tank sitting on red line or bunched in the middle of the heavy tanks in there line ? Too many lol Also some stuff on Tank Roles in the game LY, MT, HT TD's etc. ya can probably skip the Arty seems like 90%+ hate them anyway :) But would be interesting and helpful to some I'm sure THANKS for the Vids Still working my way through ALL of them 1- 8 at a time .. Havent played WOT for 7-8 years and i could tell that i need some practice again. I recently started playing again and i feel Like a newborn trying to Ride a bicycle without Training wheels. Not the best way to explain it but you get what i mean.

I would like to add: good players do also make mistakes, but they realize them and try to avoid them next time. Bad players dont have the ability (yet) to understand what went wrong and their contribution. That's why you need lots of games, to become good.

weak points dont mean jack diddly squat in a game where dispersion exists so strongly that just hitting a 100 ton heavy at 600m is a genuine challenge with 3rd skill crew in a dedicated "Sniper" TD while some tier 6 light is slapping the crap out of tier 8 heavies from the front because expensive ammo go brrrr

Another thing, if your tank has really good armor and you see your teammates unwilling to go through a bottleneck for fear of being shot, drive past them and take some of the hits for them. Hopefully they'll take the hint and follow you through.

Also hit the "2" key and use food. You usually see this in most good games. Forget about making credits!

This video is somewhat true but the simple truth is. To win you h get the best tank with the best ammo. Most people know the choke points but you cannot out do the fact that most of your hits will not do a lot of damage if any if you do not possess the best tanks with the best ammo. Pay to win is the motto of this game for a reason.

So the is7 is no good?

As a returning player, it shocked me that Gold Ammo is a thing now. Last time I played it was only obtainable via Gold and now even in T6 matches people use it. Feels weird that they removed some weakspots of tanks so you need to use gold ammo now. I still use only standard ammo, even in high Tier matches. But I just can't afford gold ammo right now (and I still feel mentally like using gold ammo is cheating).

I would recommend the Soviet tank line towards the is7 or potentially the e100 so you should be good if you carry on down the tiger 1 to E100

If you expect tiger tank to perform as in ww2 you will be disappointed. It has poor armor for its tier. Most beginner friendly tanks are soviet amd american.

Am i the only one who thing those enemies are freakin morons. I am tryin to do tactical moves like theese but at many times i get masacred. In first part of video that rollout over the hill i would get tracked and send into garage. in second those 6 tanks in line, it would take just two of them to push him and its over

I think positioning and everything else is a BS. No matter where u go, you get killed withing 30 sec of the game on any map. Can' t just enjoy the game bc you go up against the players who play it 24/7
