hello!I've tried for enrolling into m365 developer program but it is showing error "Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription." what should i do? Is there an alternative?

hello. thanks a lot for the tutorial. I've tried creating an e5 subscription right after joining the developer program but then I got this error: "We're unable to complete this request; Sandbox provisioning is currently disabled due to a technical issue. Please try again in a few days.". Is there an alternative?
