Maybe try connecting a controller to your pc and playing with that.

just make a player with a 99 three so you can get a 70 three and start doing the method it worked for me

Yes that’s what I do, go up by 25 by 3rd quarter then ask out

or u can just throw 3 lobs and foul out it only takes like 2 minutes per game
