I have no idea why people said that he didn’t do a good job in Phantom of the opera. Just remember he only had four voice lessons. I think that his voice is absolutely beautiful, and it makes me cry every time.

He has a raw voice which I love. He was super in " ps I love you" and beyond excellent in " Phantom" . His voice was raw, powerful, commanding and very sexual. I'm in total agreement with you.

He is a great singer, but not an opera singer. The songs in Phantom were not a good fit for his voice- but he did a better job portraying emotion in his singing than any other Phantom that came before or after.

Phantom... Sings this kind of song!! LOVE HIM!

+boogawooga 4195 Due to the way the song was originally sung. When they hear the song sung by another and the words are pronounced differently, then the people with a different accent tend to copy and pronounce the words the same way. Hence they lose their original accents in singing a song. (they mimic them) Now I am confused, I hope that helps anyhow.
