If FK aren’t the ones you should go with if you want to go low, which coilovers do you recommend?

Try jom blueline or redline you will definitely get more lows from those
How do you coil out at the back?

There are small adjusters by the spring ,but for maximum lows pull the whole spring out but thats only when the car is parked
