Yes, you can take an education loan and put the money in your Fintiba blocked account. Mentioning the source of funds is not mandatory for students from India or Pakistan.

Hi. I had a query regarding visa application for student visa. I have my visa appointment at Mumbai office on 17th july and I have opened the blocked account through fintiba..however, I haven't yet transfer funds as my education loan is not yet disbursed. Loan is sanctioned, but paperwork and other formalities are pending which will take 2-3 days more. Post this, international SWIFT transfer may take 3-4 working days extra and post this only I will receive blocking confirmation from fintiba. So this overall process may take more time and cross my appointment date. As of now, I have blocked account contract details received from fintiba and once money transfer is done, I will also have local bank transfer receipt. Can this both be used as a proof during my visa appointment?

In JSV, you will need to apply for visa yourself and then you’ll come to Germany and look for a job here..once you get a job offer, you’ll need to convert your JSV into Residence Permit / Bluecard..
