Chawal ko boil krny k bjaey aap pulao ki trha pory pory pani mei bnaein to vhanny ki zarorat nhi hoti Recipe 1 cup rice(washed n soaked for 15-20 min) Water 1.5 cup 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds Oil 2-3 Tsp Salt as per your taste Wash your rice n soaked them for 15 to 20 mints Take a vok add oil n then cumin seeds.if you like cloves and black pepper add some of them and add water ,after boiling water add soaked rice and cook it on medium low flame when water disappeared Cover lid on high flame for a minute or two n then cook it for 10 mint on low flame.
