The RAF have a lot to do with the lack of historical buildings in the Western Industrial German Cities. I found the German people really nice., but id imagine with the football in town, some of the bar staff may be busier than usual.

I hope you‘ll get a chance to visit Hamburg with the tartan army… It’s a powerful city with very nice places and of course the famous Reeperbahn in St. Pauli
