Yes, indeed. That "catchy" one cost Germany the entire nation and 2-3 generations of it's young men are now fertilizing Eastern Europe and Mother Russia with their sweat, tears, blood, flesh and bones for a "thousand years" just like the Donald Trump of the times (Adolf Hitler) promised them. Something about this was so unsettling. Watching the combat footage and the smiling saluting civilians, coupled with the obviously fascist lyrics just really unnerved me for some reason. And the uplifting melody really made it even more unsettling

I remember the day I got suspended in highschool for playing this on the music teachers piano lmfao few weeks later got suspended again for playing sieg heil Viktoria on it lmfao asked the principal wtf you asked me not to play the Hitlers anthem anymore and I obliged why am I here again? Lost piano privileges at that point lmfao. All jokes aside it truly is great music. Might of been written by what the majority of the world would classify as evil people. Yet every artist every song no matter who wrote it will mean something different to each individual. Thus the power of music. This piece has a very calming vibe with a feeling of hope and unification for many. This song had and still has the power to bring a entire nations people together a truly powerful and magnificent piece. I agree with many of you don't let history be censored or ever die. It's a part of humanities history whether some like it or not. People need to know what happened throughout the history of mankind so we don't make the same mistakes again. Always try to see things from a unbiased opinion as well. As taking sides can easily blind you from reality and the truth. Thank you for uploading this video. I know KZread and others have been heavily censoring things. I appreciate your effort to keep history alive.
