Where are you from?
- I am from Germany, born and raised. A couple of years ago I relocated to Australia and been living there ever since.
Can you understand Urdu and Hindi?
- I sadly can’t understand both languages fully, neither can I speak them. However I am able to understand a few words and certain phrases.
Why haven’t you reacted to my recommendation yet?
- Every day I receive countless recommendations from you guys, which I am grateful for. I am trying to read all the comments but it does happen that I miss some out. The main factor is probably my working schedule which doesn’t allow me to film videos daily. Most weeks I can only find a couple of hours in the afternoon to film 2-3 videos. Of course I’d love to film more and film all of your recommendations, however I’m trying to stick with 1 or 2 uploaded videos a week. Quality over quantity.

This song is purely Punjab. Punjab is the largest province of Pakistan and before partition, it was home to so many religions and races. There is a line in the song "Kurta from Ludhiana", which is in India now. As the Punjab is now divided into two parts, this song gave us a message that despite being politically divided, the people share the same culture. There were and still are so many shops at every corner of the street where everyone hangs out at night. And what's funny is that the buses are actually like that, full of RGB lights that can just blind your eyes or make it look like you are in a disco, lol. In the end, everyone was sitting and watching the theatre. Till the early 2000's Pakistani Punjab was the home of theatrics and that gave birth to so many legendary actors and standup comedians.

I know you don't cover Coke Studio Bangla all too often, however, if its not already on your react list, it should be, "obak bhalobasha" .It has a Rodgers and Hammerstein vibe about it.

I don' like this song, it sounds like bollwood.
Another Punjabi number with Rap. Coke Studio Pakistan should simply call itself Coke Studio Punjabi. There is hardly any representation of other cultures. This song looks like a copy paste of Maghron La. Probably the same studio, same costume, same beats, same rhythm. I just want to say that Coke Studio Punjabi is getting increasingly predictable and listerners are getting tired of the routine song and dance numbers.
