I finished Kaplan and yes it was dreadful! Especially when you get to the state portion with NO videos. So glad I passed that final the first time because I was so ready to wash my hands of that course lol… now onto the real beast! ♥️

This was great info, I wish I'd seen it when I 1st started Keller online...especially that Blue book! It's hard teaching myself. I just discovered the KZread videos that u recommended, after I failed my 1st exam almost 2 weeks ago & I'm taking it again this weekend. I am so worried & overwhelmed. To me the ?'s weren't the same as what I'd studied, but the Math stomped me for sure. I've been cramming so I'm hoping I can pass this time bcuz I think I've learned the Math (for the most part)

What was the section that had the practice test?

I’m on a different state but we are planning to retire to Ga so will be buying our forever home there. Due to all the cost going up I decided to try and get my real estate license and facilitate the purchase of our property. I ver much need structure and a classroom environment but online as we are Station in a different state, are there other schools that you could recommend?

Is there a real you chose the real estate school over the others? I’m trying to decide on a school for my license!

I’m currently doing the KW Kaplan Course at the moment. So much information packed into one. I’m in GA as well

Yayyy congratulations!!! I recommend if you don’t know where to start. Starting taking practice exams to see what material you know and what material you don’t know. Did you use the practice exam feature on the kw online?

I took Keller Williams on line and passed the final exam first try. I did not pass the state/national exam Psi and failed. The questions were not what I had learned! A lot of terminology I never heard of!

Omg I thought I was the only one , just too the test 108 out of passing score of 109. None of the terms and formulas were in my course I’m so confused on how to study on information that I wasn’t given

The best and the easiest way to pass the real estate exam if you don't have so much time to study is to get in touch with Mrs Amanda she works with the National association of realtors board. I made it through her
