At first I wasn't sure if I'd be able to make them because it was so sticky. But I kept mixing and it kept getting more and more like play dough! Wish I'd have filmed the bowl better.

Yes there are substitutes for the sugar portion to help with the solidification. Whipping into the texture is the hardest part. Glad you had a great holiday! We have been so extremely busy now that the kids are older that sitting down to edit has been much more difficult. Lol. Enjoy the cookies! I know this video is almost a year old. ♡
