Great Drills, awesome video! Only difference is I would stress that players not use their heads as much.. lots of head leading before hands got to the bags.

That’s how most college coaches teach, what I was taught in college. First step-load hands at “holster” and face into chest, 2nd step read step and punch half man extend elbows and drive feet staying square to the los

@@Gridironwarplans loading hands is no good. Olineman is in your chest then. Hands must shoot from the ground straight into olineman’s plate
