Guyana needs lots of new market and wharf

We don’t want subvention from the central government of Guyana because we want the city mayor and council to be independent from the government. What we want is the overdue evaluation of properties and land in City so that owners and businesses can pay their fair share of taxes and rates to the city, so the city of Georgetown will have enough its own money to provide services to the people that lives, there. But as usual the central government of Guyana wants to have a grip on and control Georgetown and all the other towns in Guyana.

Why is it every unfortunate incident carries the label of the previous administration

Sell the wharf. This is prime real estate in the Demerara River and will attract top dollars.

All that land, property, money and etc. that people like you be fighting your own family members over. But you got the nerve to call other people, thieves.

I'm confused how the city business is conducted. Show us a flow chart and give a break down of responsibility for people who are in charge
