    I was going to say, neither guy really going 100% and he did leave out limbs for George to get a hold off. It isn't to say that GSP would just go and get those limbs but this is a great demonstration of two people light sparring and learning.

    Mike Tremblay is a high-Level black belt competitor and wrestler. You do not understand that he flows rolling to show techniques. This isn't a full-on rollout killing competition match! GSP knows that too!

    @@greggking7871 Yes i understand its just a flow roll. However if you listen to the breakdown video Mike is definitely trying to gain positions and attacks that GSP shuts down or reverses easily. Both are great players but its clear GSP is in a different level than Mike

    @Miller Mayhem They're both rolling at the highest level, all technique and very little energy expenditure. It's obviously just a chill session but that being said GSP's Jits is top of the food chain.

    Georges has a private gym? With the time he spends at TriStar, doing gymnastics at Sablo & training at national sports center (and another 4-5 places he's seen regularly), water/hydro training....how does he find time?🤔 That's why he's the 🐐. 💪

    He work ethics is damn ridiculous. Tough he has a lot of free time and his body has been conditioned for years to this level of intensity. Most people would get injured or heavily overtrained from doing what he does

    For those of you who don’t realize this.... he is basically the Barry sanders of mma. He left in his prime. The best ever yes best... and at anytime he can come back and destroy anyone. That’s how amazing he is. He was one of the first guys to start doing gymnastics to help his game. And now people copy. He also hates to fight. He hates confrontation. He just knows he is great at it. It’s a shame we can’t see him back in the cage. The man is legend

    You can tell he is a zahabi/Danaher black belt everything he does is linked together as a system. His kuzushi is beautiful too, very little effort to off balance you .

    @Miller Mayhem True but when I light roll with people and it's the same as I noticed with others, the better BJJ guy still usually wins in flow rolls because he has better awareness of what to do next. Plus GSP is insanely strong, him flow rolling is like other guys 80-90%

    There's a great book called "The Alter Ego Effect" that covers what he is talking about as far as putting on a mask; very common methodology among high level athletes!

    Yeah, all though Danaher stated that when he was active they only got time to drill specific for each fight, but when GSP stepped back they could really work hard on the depth of his BJJ. Not saying he wasn't a beast before, but it seems like his grappling is on a even higher level now.

    I competed for years and my only fear was losing. Not getting hurt or koed. It’s such a strange feeling, fighting is such a different thing. Especially an organised fight, knowing the date the opponent is so fucking scary. Street fights are spur of the moment so there is no thought it’s just reaction. I can honestly say I was terrified for all on my 15 mma fights!

    I've heard that because of his colitis he can't put on weight as much as he used to. So if he does fight again it's probably at 155 which is good since Khabib is the fight he wants. If they ever did a 165 division (which they should) it would be ideal for him.
