Bringing together the precious essence of creativity and the ease of incomparable craftsmanship, GEORGES HOBEIKA infuses into his Fall-Winter 2016-17 Haute Couture collection the virtue of peace contained in heavenly lanterns flying high into the starry evening and spreading, in a bright twinkle, their message of love and harmony.
This symbol of hope is expressed by the vivid glow of a spectacular blossom that feeds a cloud of delicate lace. Sometimes carved out of shantung silk; sometimes composed of crystals and pearls in generous volume, the lotus flowers display the opulence of their foliage on fine fabrics - metallic lace, organza embroidered with silk, gazar and crepe - and communicate a deep impression of cheerfulness and unity.

I like the way the video is slowed down at times to allow more details to be shown; should have done that more often. Not a fan of the music choice though. The clothing was stunningly more feminine than I've seen in a long time! Bravo! The detail in the embroidery & beading was simply amazing! However I found it difficult to digest sneakers being paired with evening dresses. Still Another exquisite show, it must have cost a small fortune. Such a fabulous wedding dress!

13:32 this dress is just exquisite, the colours are wonderful! The model at 15:38 looks like she has toilet paper caught on her heel and the bride that follows her walks like the diva from The Fifth Element.
