Great mini documentary! Such a great story, and the effort Chris has put into that restoration shows in every frame. We really want to go stay there and truly experience the history first hand. Hope to see you there soon Chris.

Fantastic video essay, as always from Nicky. Didn't realise George Town is a UNESCO site, and Chris Ong has made a tremendous contribution to preserving it. His reflections on returning home were interesting too. Elliott comes to mind: "And the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time."

It would be great to have a Chinese hotel-guest house in Imperia, Liguria as there's a sizeable Chinese 'underground' population & methinks Italians ought to experience your Art + enormous amounts of tourists pass through Dolcedo to the many beaches. I'm a fan of B & W porcelain and own an art-gallery where I study Mandarin + my library's Asiatic section on Chinese furniture, pottery, history etc is quite extensive.
