George Lynch Wants Policy Change for Indigenous Plight & Don Dokken Questions Not Brought Up

Музыка

• New Joe Satriani Goes ... I didn't think George was going to be as warm and humble as he was today. • Don Dokken isn't Happy... I always thought George was mostly business but I was pleasantly wrong. WANNA BECOME A MEMBER ? / @bordercityrocktalk7576 The man is very well read and has a passion for helping people and it's very obvious as he talks about the unequal playing field that the indigenous have had to endure not only in the US but all over the world. Aside from that we talked about the Album Babylon which is out now and how he plans to tour extensively next year. I asked George a few questions from fans and I hope you enjoyed the interview and the funny quirky things I brought to the table today. Please SUBSCRIBE because George is pretty fit and he'll come for ya lol. Links to grab the album and some Lynch Mob merch are below. Thanks to Jon and David at Frontiers for setting this up for me .

I met George a couple times back in the early 90's and he was always pleasant, kind and funny. The 2nd time I got some alone time with him backstage for about 15 minutes. Down to earth guy then and even more so now. Long live Lynch! My first guitar hero.

I really enjoyed this interview! I was also impressed to hear about George's efforts to help the plight of Indigenous people. If more well known artists reached out to help make change more people would come together. Music certainly brings people together and gets them thinking. I believe through music and artists like George they can certainly make an impact! I am Algonquian and work with an agency that helps Indigenous individuals as well and am well aware of their struggles. I certainly hope that George comes to Ontario on his next tour. Maybe he would even come to the Sault or North Bay! That would certainly be a treat!

George never mentions the singer of Shadowtrain, Greg Analla perished in a motorcycle accident in Albuquerque New Mexico. Greg was also a very famous native artist and jewelry maker. He also sang in an amazing band called Seventh Sign in the early 90's which could have been huge but inner turmoil tore the band apart.

George Lynch is a fantastic musician, and anybody I have ever known that has met him (and remember that does not always happen at times "celebrities" would like) he has always been kind and gracious and funny. George Lynch was my first guitar hero back as a kid in the 80s and he always was really funny in interviews. This shows a whole different side- a humble big hearted man who believes strongly in helping others especially the Indigenous people of America and Canada. He's in excellent shape physically and I honestly had no idea he crafted guitars. My personal taste has gone onto a lot of your Canadian artists and wondering if you know of the band Wrabit and their excellent guitarist John Albani? They disbanded in the mid 80s after 3 albums of stellar hard pomp rock. I was playing guitar after watching an NHL game (Canada's National Sport of course!) and out of nowhere I was quoting some of Lynch's tricks. I love both his bands, but Onnie was better than Don. I subscribed instantly didn't want the legend George Lynch to kick my ass and was rewarded for it. If you've done an interview with RIk Emmet let me know another big inspiration to me.
