Loved the interview. I've been down that road myself and am a changed man. We are all damaged beings that have made wrong choices in our lives. Regardless, respect for others is of utmost importance. Thank you for sharing this brother's journey.

Respect is something earned, not freely given. You can be respectful without having to call a cop "sir", unless the cop calls me sir, then I'll respond in kind. We all have done things that we regret, you live, you learn, move on and grow. Seems like that's what this man has done. Kudos for your honesty.

As a young kid living on the far south coast of NSW the place was quiet in the off season but it came alive over Christmas ,easter and public holidays ,each and every year in Pambula a group of bikers came down to visit ,they drank in both pubs and they were welcomed by locals as they never caused trouble ,i still remember the Harleys with .410 shotguns strapped to the side and machetes on the other side ,as a naive 13 year old i never imagined the horror that unfolded in 1984 at Milperra

Aboriginals welcome, accept, adopt anybody who is at their lowest point, lot of people I grew up with learnt the same lesson by going to prison being forced to be around them, until that point Aboriginals were a mythical creature with hard thick skulls, weak knees that they were terrified of,
