The 2024 General Sir Arthur Currie Award recipient is Mr. George Brookman, distinguished Calgary business leader, philanthropist, and community advocate.
With notable roles such as the former CEO of West Canadian Digital Imaging (now operating as WCD), long time volunteer, President and Chairman of the Board of the Calgary Stampede, Mr. George Brookman was also the founder of the “Breakfast on the Bridge” fundraiser established to support the Military Family Resource Centre, a demonstration of commitment to the Calgary business community, civic engagement and to Canadian military.
