Geopolymer Cement in English

Ғылым және технология

The process uses ambient temperature synthesis to produce geopolymer cement from two major industrial waste, fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag. The alumino-silicates present in raw material undergoes polymerization and polycondensation resulting into hard ceramic like material with good longevity. The cement exhibits properties similar to Portland cement and excellent durability. These cement are also fire resistant. Due to its fast setting behaviour, it can also be used for grouting and repairing.

I have read in the research papers that the solutions are to be mixed with each other one hour prior to the casting or else one day prior to the casting. The student just mixed the two solutions and poured it in the dry mix. An improper technique.

Is this related to hydroxide catalysis bonding of optical components?

Very interesting Can you comment on the long term structural stability of the Castings underwater or in wet conditions. Also has there been any leaching tests done to see if the alkali added is permanently bound to the Si-Al-O Matrix. Is it likely that under wet conditions the castings will lose strength?

The CC is surprisingly accurate. He says "Cured in controlled humidity conditions for three days". At a guess based on the time stated, I would say it's effectively slow cooked and humidity controlled in a dual purpose humidity/temperature control chamber at a relatively low heat. A google image search shows similar chambers, but not specifically the one shown.

David Shareef I highly doubt that. Geologists are shockingly good at identifying the formation processes of a fantastic number of different minerals. If those rocks weren't produced by a natural process somebody would already be a multi millionaire because of it.

Tadesan second off all u too are a fucking bozo the clown because Professor Joseph Davidovits (who came up with the Pyramids made out of GeoPolymer theory) has had man made (by his own hands) geopolymer cement tested in labs all over the world without telling them anything beforehand and not one detected it as man made. that is empirical evidence not to mention the ammonia build up inside of the pyramids which is a byproduct of heavy rain on poured geopolymerized limestone. its morons like u both why the masses never figure anything out

during thousands of years concrete turns into stone, concrete is just broken up stone its crystalline structure is broken and fuses into a giant crystal over time. the only way to create such precise stone laying and to create megalithic structure is by using Concrete.
