    sir at 31:29 you have said that region is open connected set with some, none or all boundary points but if all boundary points are there then it can not be an open set right?

    It is the the definition of region, and minimally it is an open connected set. Further, this set along with some or all the boundary points is also a region.

    so all open set elements are interior points,,,but all interior points not open set
