Don't worry, Xstep is easier than Cycles.

It's pretty easy in general, what makes it hard is the drastic changes in movement and how unexpected the level is

Its the intensity and anxiety of knowing there is going to be a triple spike that stops you, but if you are more focused on completing the level then the triple spikes, you will jump over them perfect timing no struggle

I once thought this was hard, then I played the rest of the levels...

I think it funny that this level was supposed to be like an example for all future insane levels. But let's say there was some alternate universe where X-Step wasn't made by Rob, and was instead a user made level uploaded around 1.2 - 1.3, it would get rated like 6 stars at the most.

this level is so easy except for the second coin which requires a decently precise dip in and timing of when to hold to not hit the one block wall

To be honest, the only actual hard part about this level is the crazy colors and portals

After playing this level for what feels like hours i can finally announce i got all 3 coins

Probably one of my favorite levels in the game

This brings back good memories.

Tip for the 2nd coin: Just fall inside de gap, and imediatly press the Button to the ship go up. Its like have some invisible roof that you can stay grinding with no problem. If you keep pressed the Button, the ship Will stay straigh in the Line, as can be seen in the video, and in the end you will Get out of this tunnel with no problem.. if you keep pressed the Button all the way...
