It's funny to say this now, but I had the privilege to know Geoff in middle school and high school through a mutual friend with a similarly robust jazz background. We knew how gifted Geoff was even then and even though I haven't had the chance to connect with him since the mid 1990s in a chance meeting at s grocery store, I am thrilled to see how well he's done over the years through the magic of you tube. Consider me forever subscribed, Eau Claire brother.
