The Geo-strategic importance of Pakistan can be judged from these two facts that USA couldn't fight with the Soviets 1979-89 without the assistance of Pakistan and now extricate from Afghanistan without the help of Pakistan. Number two The most important corridor of BRI is CPEC which is considered as Buckle in the belt.
