No. This rash sounds urticaria. An allergic reaction can be from anything. Foods, drinks, lipstick, perfume, lotion@@frenchbluehen

Food for thought. Whiskers. Does he have short growth on his face? Women sometimes react to the stabbing/poking of the hair, like a bristle brush.

It could be so many different things. Did he have on aftershave? Moisturizer? CHAP stick? So many other things that make sense before a sick wild animal 😂 maybe he ate or drank something only SHES allergic to.
