but why ads a solution and barley use it.. I mean if your a new player and you really like a character, you have to wait a YEAR and alot don't wanna stick around gnat long for a character... a year for half the cast is crazy work

@@ramsoofkyo9047 I'm not defending shit, I'm pointing things out from a business point of view. You think I don't want to see more banners? Or I don't want Shenhe, yeah I think their wish system is flawed, but I can also admit giving more characters banners constantly is bad for business. I hate capitalism as much as the next guy but complaining about something hoyo warned us would happen like they didn't mention it is stupid. Saying how "it has never appeared again." after only three months seems a little silly. There is no winning because no matter what they do the system is flawed and it will continue to be, because constantly having chronicle wishes on every banner will solve nothing.

I can see what you mean but what is stopping them from letting the croincled banner on for 2 patches ? like with old "unpopular" characters and even some old weapons, and then take 2 patches, break and bring it back again for 2 patches with other characters 🤔

Not really. It was a good idea, yes, but the execution was horrible, the pity system for the banner made it really impractical especially for f2ps

@@arceuspower1018 the problem is that the pity doesn’t carry over to the next chronicle banner and isn’t shared with the event banners and not everyone has 90 pulls laying around, especially the high ar players, so everyone is mostly forced to swipe and still risk not getting the constellation or weapon they actually wanted

@@miwazzz I can understand that, but isn't that the same as if you really wanted the current limited character and lost the 50/50? Odds are you won't wait around for their rerun to pull them guaranteed so you still end up without the 5 star you wanted, plus it's balanced by the fact you losing the 50/50 on chronicled can give you quite a few limited characters/weapons, so the odds of getting a standard banner 5 star become even lower

I thought that the problem with 4 stars on sigwene's and Furina's banner is that there's no Fontaine characters even though both of them are from Fontaine but yeah, the chronicle wish banner would be good solution for other 4 stars

They're bound to run into this problem. They need to keep releasing new characters for each of the 7 nations. There's already too many characters and there will be more for the 2 remaining nations. Hopefully after the 2 last nations release, they stop making new characters for a bit and stick to reruning. But given that their fanbase has an insatiable thirst for powercreeping, idk.

People end up having to stop playing the game they invested so much time and for others, even money on to play a new chapter. Nobody wants to play the same game but different chapter without all the characters they've invested on.

I'm not sure about the specifics since I don't play that game but I've heard they already released a part 2 and is available inside the first game app, so I'm guessing is more of an expansion and that it carries over your progress despite being a sequel I'm not sure tho

Here's something they can do (and it might be the best solution but it is something that might just fix a lot of problems) Turn the standard banner into the Chronicle Banner. Here's the sad truth about certain 5 stars. Some of them just aren't getting the good results anymore. In all fairness though, most of them are from Liyue and Monstadt, but it's the fact. So ad them to the standard, turn it into the Chronicle system (and include 4 stars in that as well), then you have pleased everyone. Especially since they technically did it for Honkai where you get to chose a standard 5 star after 300 wishes.

What they should do is to offer the chance to win a character that's not featured in the banners by completing events. Like they did with Gorou lately. Or a story quests about a character get you the chance to win it.

I was lucky enough to get Kaveh in the standard banner than more wishes of a 5 star character there😭

I just wish the pity on chronicle wish wasn't separated from limited character banner

I like the idea of the Chronicled wish, however we had no time to actually save to get a 5 Star. (Unless we were lucky and got it early) Plus, it’s like Weapon banner, so we weren’t even guaranteed what we chose. We don’t even know if it will carry over the next banner. I know it might not be a good idea sale wise but, if we could have it the whole update we would have time to get at least something out of it. Especially if it’s going to be sprawled out over updates. It’s especially not worth it if you’re going for someone specific and saving for them. Plus we only had two weeks about to prepare for it after it was announced. I didn’t get anything out of that banner, and irc my dad may have gotten Diluc. I don’t need it every update, but I’m not going to save for a banner I’m unsure about.

Honestly, (in my opinion) i think they should've made the chronicles banner like this: Choose three characters. Any one of them you are guaranteed to get. OR Choose the weapons. Any one of them you are guaranteed to get. I honestly think they should've don't something like this because it wouldn't cause that much harm in their sales and whatever, and the players get what they want. It's a win win P.S if you wanted another character then after getting one character/weapon, that character or the weapon gets cancelled out and the other two you are guaranteed to get. Only one time you can cancel them out. Also you can restart or edit the epitomized path whenever you want without losing pity.

I mean I have a list of characters I would pull. So this chronical wish would help the only issue is that the fate point don’t carry over

You can tell they still fear him. What are the chances they also secretly lowered his rate so it would be SUPER rare to get him, even in the standard banner? I have a friend who just started. So we'll see if he's really hard to get base on her pulls.

The only issue I have with Chronicled is that it isn’t something like Acquaint instead of Intertwined. Although I understand why, but what if the character you want and another character you want are happening at the same time (cause chronicled and regular rotational) Still was a good idea tho

Slight Rant Here, But I Feel Like A Gacha Game I Play Has A Good Solution To This. Basically A Character Gets Added To The Standard Pool Three Patches After Their Debut.

Chronicle banner wasn’t a bad idea it’s just the fact that it only last for the first half of the update and it prevents you from wanting to also save for the characters during that update, they just need to give more rewards to fix this issue so you don’t miss out on literally everything going on in one patch
